This is a piece that simulates movement, freedom.
I remember when I was a little boy, we lived on 23/b Motzkin Street in Ra’anana city in our cottage – since we both love art, my father suggested that we build a statue together, we went out to the square in the front yard of the home and started collecting dry twigs. We tried to put together something that was like a collage in three-dimensions. Basically, I was the one who built the statue, my father was the main planner and I helped just a little bit with ideas.
The work can be seen as movement and also as a resemblance to a type of bird, such as Heron or Crane.
