I posted today, on my Facebook page, an update regarding the class of my father known as “Alon Group” at Kibbutz Negba (the post: https://www.facebook.com/share/p/17Jxjw5rGf/). The short story is that I went on January 3 2025 into several backups I have (out of many) to locate the last pieces of my father’s Goldsmithing to finalize the entire collection to be presented here in the website. During the search, I located an old presentation regarding “Alon Group” chronicles/history from 1943-1962 and found there another photo with my father and as such I enhanced it as well. The day after (on January 5 2025) I started working on set of photos founded on that same day that are from a small reunion of my father with a few members, in our home.
What the post says: “Continuing last post – https://www.facebook.com/share/p/1HRmxSQabN/, After many years my father with 3 members of what called “Along Group” had a gathering – Basically, the came to visit my father (or invited by him) as a sense of reunion at 2007. They, and others, used to to this from time to time and as far as I know this was the last reunion.
So, I located an old folder (in a backup) with bunch of pictures from that reunion. All of them were captured using Samsung Digimax V3 3.2 MP Digital Camera (old camera model from 2004) with a very low resolution of 640×480 pixels. For that reason, I decided to upscale (enhance) them 6 times over (×6) into 3840×2880 pixels.”
