Specialized Glasses for Simon & Garfunkel – Musical Duo

I developed the idea of ​​glasses based on the letters ‘Pei’ (פ) and ‘Mem’ (ם) which in English act as ‘P’ and ‘M’ (as can be seen in the post of ‘I Am Pralin-Ionnaire‘). The goal was to create glasses for the musical duo Simon & Garfunkel (full name: Paul Simon & Art Garfunkel), incorporating the first letters of their names into a symbolic, meaningful fashion accessory. In this case I altered the initial letters, “’Pei’ (פ) and ‘Mem’ (ם)”, into the letters of the duo Initials, In Hebrew. Paul Simon (פול סיימון) as ‘Pei’ (פ) and ‘Samech’ (ס)—acting as ‘P’ and ‘S’, respectively; and for Art Garfunkel (Hebrew: ארט גרפונקל) as ‘Alef’ (א) and ‘Gimel’ (ג)—acting as ‘A’ and ‘G’, respectively.

I don’t know if it’s crucial to mention, but the name Art is a nickname for the name of Arthur.
